I don't need the MAP - Haziq- Blog 2

Well midterm has long past and I am just know writing this blog but thats okay because I will recap everything that has happened before and after the midterm.I wouldnt want to make you wait anymore so lets dive in back in Tuesday , March 12th. In the tuesday morning , we were welcome with a new twist in which regularly , we play squardle but to keep the warm-up game nice and quick, Miss decide to let us play the classic wordle. After number of guesses , we managed to get the word which was "heave". Afterwards , we play another interesting game "connections". This game usually quite tricky but somehow , we managed to finish the game within less than 2 errors. Moving on to the real deal , we had to wrote and essay about Farmshire village and the changes to be made by 2024. Personally , I find writing essay about maps is really difficult because I never really wrote about them before. There is a lot of challenges such as the tenses that I need to focus on. Since this ...

Looks can be deceiving - Haziq's first third term blog

I'm here to give a summary of the events of the last few weeks, even though it seems like it has been forever since I last wrote my last blog. On our first day back , nothing much was going on except us playing numbers of entertaining games such as "connections", our warm up game "squardle" and a new game called "tiles" in which we are supposed to match the tiles that have the similar components.Though it sounded easy , it is however quite tricky because we have to check every single detail and if made a mistake , the streak will be gone. On the following day , we have an unexpected switch up in which instead of writing essay , we did what miss thought was and art jewelry but instead a rope that is used as a hand-to-hand weapon .At the start , it was easy to follow along the Youtube tutorial but once i reached the middle part , my brain become discombobulated . The were so many wrapping to the point the rope got stuck between my fingers .After a whole...

"Embrace yourself " - Haziq - Blog 5

On Monday morning , we started off with out warm up game Waffle and we managed to solved it within the first 5 minute . Though I missed squardle , it was a good switched up so that we don't get tired of Squardle in the future. What better way to start of a Monday morning other than writing essay .We had to write the same as essay as we did before which was the production of both concrete and cement .Supposedly , it is supposed to be easier since this is my third time writing it but I decide to  change a little bit but it ended badly because I did a lot of mistake .I learned my lesson.Near the end of the period , Miss announced that we are having the vocab quiz tomorrow.I was shocked because usually she would give a week to memorize the words so I was scared incase I wasn't able to memorize the words by tomorrow. I studied the words late around 9 because I overslept and I honestly could not remember anything. It was most probably because I was so tired to the point I fell asleep o...

Don't leave us Miss - Haziq-4th blog

Happy late new years everyone , a lot has happened for the past few weeks and in this blog , I am here to recap everything and without further ado , lets begin! During the first week , I myself could not believe i’m saying this but Miss Disa was absent . Shocking, right ? I myself was also shocked because Miss Disa was never absent regardless if she's sick or not , she would still go to school. With That being said , Miss Disa also left us with a couple essay and which afterwards when we are done , we are allowed to play wordle games. However , this was not possible since we just stayed in the class with the other student who took filipino. During the 1 period , i was able to finish 1 of the essay which is about the production of concrete. On the next day , we were joined by Miss Jonna… as our substitute teacher. Luckily for us , Miss Disa prepared a word search to make sure that we are not bored for the whole 2 periods. During the first period , I was able to finish the other es...

2nd Chance - Blog 2 - Haziq

The past few week flew by fast , just as fast as this introduction :) First thing on Monday morning , we have to start off the class with one and only Sqaurdle.I guess luck wasn't on our side because it was one of the toughest squardle we ever did and with that being said , we weren't able to finish the game . On the next day we also started  with Squardle but this time it's the easy squardle .Tuesday is probably one the best days to play squardle because we usually get the easy one . Afterwards we were assigned by miss 2 words that we needed to find the definition . After getting and memorizing the definition , Miss will then ask who`s word is who`s corresponding to the prompt. As for my words , I got rampant and solace. The word rampant is an adjective which means to grow uncontrollably or flourish unchecked. The word solace on the other hand is a noun which means comfort or consultation . After memorizing , we proceed to practice the words by filling the sentence with ...

New Chapter- Haziq -Blog 1 T2- AEP 10

Welcome back ladies and gentlemens, boys and girls to my blog and I'm back again to recap on what happened in the last few  weeks. Although term two just started, a lot of things have happened and new face can be seen. As I previously mentioned, Kirani, a 15-year-old student from Indonesia, is our  new classmate. Miss bestowed Kirani the magic pen to begin the week. Interestingly, our warm-up game that day was Squardle, and I already knew that she would struggle because of Janek. As she struggled to figure out how to use the smart board, words  began to come in, and as a result, Janek was nearly permanently banned from ever playing Squardle again.I guess luck wasn't on her side because it was one of our longest squardle game and she had to through the whole period of Janek just shouting random words. The following day, our aep lesson resumed as usual, but before anything else, warm-up activities are essential. I sensed something was off when I walked into the classr...

GOODBYE !!!- Haziq`s Blog 5

Welcome to my 6th blog which is the last blog before the Final EXAM . Time flew really quickly and in just a blink of an eye , it was already a week before the exam.A lot has happened last week to the point I could not even remember what we did . Thanks to our handy dandy Exit ticket , I was able to refresh and remember what happened. Last Monday , We started our aep session with the one and only “Squardle”.This is the best warm-up game known to mankind. This game is really enjoyable in which it is simple yet so fun to play.We had to guess 73 words which seems like a lot but we managed to annihilate the game all thanks to me .Apart from that , we did something that was completely new and only done one time throughout the whole term. “Doggonews”.The article was about Tigist Assefa who beat the world record thanks to her 500 $ running shoes . Although , the price might seem unreal , with the cool feature that it has , I can somehow say it was a reasonable price. Each of us was reading one...

Retrogression - Haziq Blog 4

Welcome to my fourth blog after what felt like a month since I did the third blog and a lot had happened during the  past few weeks  .For starters , I had my first aep project called the Breath project . This project basically requires us to meditate for 10 consecutive days and by the end of the project , we might feel more relaxed than before . I was a little intimidated with this project because of what my classmate told about their experience for last year's project . Nonetheless , I was still excited to do the project . This project introduced me to a brand new experience because I never meditated before . My first impression of the project is that I thought it was a complete waste of time but the impact it did proved me wrong. For the first day of the project , I was having difficulties with focusing on my breath because my mind kept wandering around .As the project progressed , I was still struggling with focusing and it really made me acknowledge the people who m...

Haziq`s first ever Blog :>

Yay! The new school year finally started after two months of break and it felt great being back at school. A new challenge arrived, which was transferring to AEP because there is no teacher for ESP anymore. As much as I was excited, I was also scared during the time because this is a completely new experience and for me; Ms. Disa was a bit intimidating. 🙂  Our first meeting was canceled due to the typhoon but Ms. Disa had already assigned us quizzes. The next meeting, we did a little activity such as “Diffle” which was another version of wordle but instead, we did not know the length of the word. We just have to keep guessing. I think this is a good warm up game to break the ice in the morning. After that, we had to draw ourselves and I forgot to mention that I am really bad at drawing so I couldn't even draw a stickman. The purpose of the drawing was to track the homework that we did and, if we failed to submit 1 homework, our drawing will be left behind. On the second mee...
