GOODBYE !!!- Haziq`s Blog 5

Welcome to my 6th blog which is the last blog before the Final EXAM . Time flew really quickly and in just a blink of an eye , it was already a week before the exam.A lot has happened last week to the point I could not even remember what we did . Thanks to our handy dandy Exit ticket , I was able to refresh and remember what happened.

Last Monday , We started our aep session with the one and only “Squardle”.This is the best warm-up game known to mankind. This game is really enjoyable in which it is simple yet so fun to play.We had to guess 73 words which seems like a lot but we managed to annihilate the game all thanks to me .Apart from that , we did something that was completely new and only done one time throughout the whole term. “Doggonews”.The article was about Tigist Assefa who beat the world record thanks to her 500 $ running shoes . Although , the price might seem unreal , with the cool feature that it has , I can somehow say it was a reasonable price. Each of us was reading one sentence each and by then end of the article, we were supposed to reiterate facts on what we just read . Being the last one is always the unlucky one because all the obvious facts is already repeated by the others . In the end , I have nothing else to say except that the marathon was 42 kilometers long.

On Tuesday , we started off with "Squardle" as our warm-up game . After we aced the warm-up game , we studied for the upcoming vocab quiz . I was assigned with the word embark and facile .The word embark is a verb which means to make a start or to begin something and the word facile is an adjective which means not that difficult to do . Afterwards we proceed with the essay writing . Of course what is aep without essay writing . This time , we were given a prompt about the amount of hours teenagers spent doing various activities . As I was in the third paragraph , I realized that I made a mistake . Usually , the period or the year is given at the horizontal line or the x- axis but this time , it is the activities . Personally , I find this bar graph difficult to put it in words . I was so distracted by the colors and changes in the bar graph . Finally , miss gave us a tip on how to separate the points . The point really helped on the essay writing and I was able to finish it all thanks to miss.

Overall , this was a really successful week and we were able to have fun while still able to learn a lot .Please pray for me for the final exam.

AEP BLOG 3.1 - Summer Rose S. Valdez

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind of maps and musicals, and it's quite fun.          March 5, 2025 - I Went on A Vacation...Somewhere      We began with a unique warmup this time.  By turns, we all had to say a new place on the map.  Each person has to retrace the steps of all the previous and so on.  I did not do well, but I didn't jot down notes of everyone's locations on my notebook anyway.  It was a memory game.  Afterwards, Miss taught us how one can remember things by remembering a place they visit often - by associating the different keywords with different objects or areas.     After that, we moved on to worksheets.  These worksheets involved maps and places and tenses.  For some reason, I forgot the difference between the past tenses.  Thankfully, though, I remembered what passive tense was.  Simple English fundamentals like types of...

yet another blog for this week

yet again we do the thing where we type what we remember about the stuff that happened this week. So, there's not much tbh, there isn't much going on other than I picked up EP again since I think I'm suffering withdrawal with notoriety getting taken down and I'm cooking some video I made with someone showcasing some stupid shenanigans. So yeah is fine cruising so far (but so far)

Blog 3.1 - moving too fast? - huda g11

From juggling multiple homework and exams to participating in the musical, parliament, varsity and maintaining a social life, the days seem to blur together in a relentless stream of busyness. It's easy to get caught up in the chaos and lose track of time, which left me constantly feeling like having to keep on picking myself up again to start the next new thing. Despite the chaotic nature of this school year, it's important to take a moment to pause and give ourselves a small break. I think that is where AEP comes in line. With the moderate pace of learning new vocabulary, which I have found to be very useful considering I've passed by many familiar vocabs as I go on with my studies ehehehe, AEP gives me a sense of pause to my hustling life with its conversation-filled lessons incorporated with productive discussions on the words as well as the inclusion of what I would see it as “old-style” learning. The idea of bringing back the usual norm before covid of ‘pen and pape...
