Blog 3.2 - Adi's Inferno - 9th circle

Disclaimer: I've never actually read Dante's inferno because it's Christian text lol. I think the circles do end at 9? or 7? I'm not sure. (I'm basing everything I know off of pop culture. This is not meant to be accurate.)

Happy morning!! The last blog ended on a rather helpful note, I think.

I'm hoping to keep this post rather short since a lot happened already. If I recall correctly, we had our quiz last (last?) week. Or midterms? I've truly got it all mixed up already since I feel as though we don't have much time for AEP anymore. (Granted I was absent this week but let's not talk about that.)

How was the midterms? Miss promised us a crossword and she delivered! Thank you! I panicked to myself the night before as I tried reviewing all the words. Sadly, on the test itself, I missed one particular word and it made my blood boil that I couldn't get full marks. Whatever, right? It's just one mark.

Anyways, I'm happy enough that it is all behind me. AS exams are approaching and I must persevere! Lately, life has been such an odd mix of sensations. I could feel my routine slowly improving with daily advancements in trying to maintain a consistent balance of school, housework, and hobbies.

It's quite an odd feeling actually. I wouldn't say I'm "happy" quite yet, but there is certainly this air of familiarity. I tend to compare it to how life felt when I was still living in Indonesia almost 3 years ago. It's not a bad feeling. I hope to see brighter days with these routines.

Thank you for reading!

  1. Dante's inferno is a poem from Devine Comedy. It features 9 circles of hell, you might remember 7 due to the 7 deadly sins. just some context, thought I should just give it out

And So It Begins...- Chloe Lloveras- Blog 3 T3- AEP 10

Maps have become my new enemy. I know this may sound dramatic, but I really just can't seem to like them. As an artist who loves anything related to colors and drawings, you'd think a map of all things would be right up my alley, but you'd definitely be wrong. The feeling of facing your adversary is like no other- this desperate thirst to defeat them, dying to be quenched. And so it begins... The day before the exam, we played "Squardle," but the joy it gave us upon completion was short-lived as it was replaced by the impending atmosphere of doom looming above us. I felt a pit in my stomach when I walked into the classroom the next morning. But I was prepared...or so I had thought. I only managed to score 87%, which in reality was actually a 77% because Miss Disa added 10 points to help bump up our grades. I barely passed really, but that doesn't matter now. When I had finished taking the exam, all I could think of was that it was finally over. I could relax...

AEP BLOG 3.1 - Summer Rose S. Valdez

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind of maps and musicals, and it's quite fun.          March 5, 2025 - I Went on A Vacation...Somewhere      We began with a unique warmup this time.  By turns, we all had to say a new place on the map.  Each person has to retrace the steps of all the previous and so on.  I did not do well, but I didn't jot down notes of everyone's locations on my notebook anyway.  It was a memory game.  Afterwards, Miss taught us how one can remember things by remembering a place they visit often - by associating the different keywords with different objects or areas.     After that, we moved on to worksheets.  These worksheets involved maps and places and tenses.  For some reason, I forgot the difference between the past tenses.  Thankfully, though, I remembered what passive tense was.  Simple English fundamentals like types of...
