Nurin’s AEP Adventure (Term 3 #1)

Hey blog!!! Under some ciscumstances, I have relapsed into my old habits of procrascination and I’m really not proud of that :,) But that’s okay, I’m still in progress and of course I’m gonna have ups and downs. Embracing any chance to change myself for the better, always.

Anyways, IT’S TERM 3 ALREADY?!?!? My my, time flies like a speed jet to space. I’m like a leap away from graduating and that thought scares me, in an exciting way. I cannot even imagine yet what the future holds for me and I’m eager to find out. For now, nothing much is going on except for preparations of the musical production on March 9th. So I’ve just been really busy with dance trainings and rehearsals here and there. Expectations are really high for the Grade 12 so we have to give it our best and perform to our fullest potential.

I have been putting off works in the last moments of previous term. I got my Cambridge exam result and it brought me back down to my dark pit, I never want to get out of there likeeeee…. that made me feel a tad low at the moment. Hence why I was not performing well in completing seatworks and stuff as well but I manage to pick myself back up. After all, new term, new me ;\ I say that every term hahahsjaha. That’s the spirit I guess.

Last AEP lesson was REAALLYY fun!! Ms.Disa taught us this amazing trick on how to tie a rope into a ball(?), that’s how I interpret it at least. My rope somehow did not end up looking as full and round as Ms.Disa’s but I had fun trying haha. After that, we all made origami frogs with our literal final exam paper and had a race against each other with it. That felt satisfying getting to rip out my final paper with a really bad essay on it, and make a frog out of that hahshshs. That AEP lesson really took my mind off the stress from the musical for a minute so I wanna thank Ms.Disa for the opportunity to let loose and have fun in the midst of chaos ;)

I guess that’s all for now. Til we meet again blog!!

Short. Sweet. Simple! - Chloe Lloveras- Blog 1 T1- AEP10

Back at it again! The new school year has begun and AEP along with it. But this year, it comes with a twist: a much more jam-packed schedule and more essay-writing. Did I mention that the vocabulary quizzes are back and that blogs will be more frequent now? No? Well, you're in for a treat!      We hadn't even met for the first session yet, but we were already juggling assessments like a syllabus quizlet, a "what's your English level?" test, and even a knowledge quiz about IELTS writing task one, something I haven't encountered before. When our first meeting did commence, it wasn't until a week later due to the heavy rainfall and strong winds so classes were canceled. As you might've guess, we were already behind and AEP hadn't even begun yet!  Before starting, Miss Disa established the basics for the new school year: 1. Every meeting will begin with a word game with a five-minute time limit. If we don't finish in time, we'll still mov...

yet another blog for this week

yet again we do the thing where we type what we remember about the stuff that happened this week. So, there's not much tbh, there isn't much going on other than I picked up EP again since I think I'm suffering withdrawal with notoriety getting taken down and I'm cooking some video I made with someone showcasing some stupid shenanigans. So yeah is fine cruising so far (but so far)

⋆·˚ ༘ * Time is passing like a speed jet. I’m a senior now and that is incredibly hard to get over in my head. There’s something undeniably strange about growing up, and I’m going through every minute of it. AEP is the same, classes are comforting and chill. I’m soaking all the general knowledge I can get in AEP class and I’m going to put in extra efforts this year as it’s my last. Expectations this year will not be up the roof but at least to the point where I can reach. I hope AEP will continue to flourish my skills in multiple things and I sure will put those to use in college!!  ⋆·˚ ༘ *
