AEP Blog #2.2 “A new ambiance is always welcomed”

Good day dear reader! Welcome back to a freshly baked blog by yours truly~

This blog will be a little short unfortunately! I’ll call it the catch-up blog. Just what exactly have we been up to since the start of the second term? Its been around 2 weeks now, so lets see just how well we were able to manage our time for those two days.

Lets get right into it!

The first meeting of the second term (that was after our sem break) was a very cold one. Im not sure about my other classmates but I definitely felt cold that day, I think it was because of the weather or I wasn’t feeling well that morning? Regardless, I remember feeling very chilly that day. Ms Disa introduced a new game that tested all of our memories! It was so much fun honestly; just thinking about that meeting makes me chuckle because its so silly just how much we wanted to elongate the game. It was if our grandma went to the market, what would she buy? And so, we’d constantly repeat and add one more item to the list.

We did vocabulary that day, which was to introduce describing words for ourselves. Given a list of words and attempted to match it with each other’s personality. Boys vs Girls, enjoyable! I loved it.

The second meeting was also similar. But instead we had semi-individual work. Then played the grandma game and changed it to our ‘new friend’. Constantly adding adjectives to describe them. This one was easier because Ms added that we needed to go alphabetically! Although I still struggled with it.

I know this blog was a little short and not like my usuals, but rest assured a good one will come out soon. See you in the next one!

yet another blog for this week

yet again we do the thing where we type what we remember about the stuff that happened this week. So, there's not much tbh, there isn't much going on other than I picked up EP again since I think I'm suffering withdrawal with notoriety getting taken down and I'm cooking some video I made with someone showcasing some stupid shenanigans. So yeah is fine cruising so far (but so far)

Short. Sweet. Simple! - Chloe Lloveras- Blog 1 T1- AEP10

Back at it again! The new school year has begun and AEP along with it. But this year, it comes with a twist: a much more jam-packed schedule and more essay-writing. Did I mention that the vocabulary quizzes are back and that blogs will be more frequent now? No? Well, you're in for a treat!      We hadn't even met for the first session yet, but we were already juggling assessments like a syllabus quizlet, a "what's your English level?" test, and even a knowledge quiz about IELTS writing task one, something I haven't encountered before. When our first meeting did commence, it wasn't until a week later due to the heavy rainfall and strong winds so classes were canceled. As you might've guess, we were already behind and AEP hadn't even begun yet!  Before starting, Miss Disa established the basics for the new school year: 1. Every meeting will begin with a word game with a five-minute time limit. If we don't finish in time, we'll still mov...

AEP BLOG 3.1 - Summer Rose S. Valdez

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind of maps and musicals, and it's quite fun.          March 5, 2025 - I Went on A Vacation...Somewhere      We began with a unique warmup this time.  By turns, we all had to say a new place on the map.  Each person has to retrace the steps of all the previous and so on.  I did not do well, but I didn't jot down notes of everyone's locations on my notebook anyway.  It was a memory game.  Afterwards, Miss taught us how one can remember things by remembering a place they visit often - by associating the different keywords with different objects or areas.     After that, we moved on to worksheets.  These worksheets involved maps and places and tenses.  For some reason, I forgot the difference between the past tenses.  Thankfully, though, I remembered what passive tense was.  Simple English fundamentals like types of...
