WHAT A TIDEOUS WEEK!- Naboni AEP 10

Hello, it's me again - your fellow blogger! Last week was so hectic. I wasn't expecting so much workload in Grade 10. Four quizzes and a stack of homework and lessons had overwhelmed me. But, the week finally ended with a memorable ice skating hangout with my classmates at MEGAMALL that cheered me up. Now it is time for me to give you updates regarding the AEP class with another vlog!

The weather on Monday was gloomy with heavy rain, causing me to be almost 20 minutes late for school due to traffic. The first class was Computer Science and for the rest of the class, I tried to recall all the words for the vocab quiz in my head. I was totally crept out as I almost couldn't remember the meaning of any of the terms properly.
But then when we entered the AEP classroom, Miss Disa announced soon after that we were having SCRABBLE DAY! You could see the relief in the room after this announcement. We were divided into 4 teams: Chloe & Julia, Sayum & Shashmeen, Leo & Haziq, and lastly me & Meral. Our team owns at last, YAY!

The next day it was time for the quiz. I prepared a bit more for it the last night, thus I was much more confident than the other day. To all of our shock, we had to do two words each this time. Almost all of us got both of the words that the doom of wheels had chosen for us, thankfully.
Later on, we proceeded to the same IELTS  essay that we did the week ago for one last time. Now if I compare my last writing to the first one, I can say that it has significantly improved.

That's all for this week - short and simple, yet so tedious. Let's see what AEP has in store for us next week.

Signing off
Goodbye

yet another blog for this week

yet again we do the thing where we type what we remember about the stuff that happened this week. So, there's not much tbh, there isn't much going on other than I picked up EP again since I think I'm suffering withdrawal with notoriety getting taken down and I'm cooking some video I made with someone showcasing some stupid shenanigans. So yeah is fine cruising so far (but so far)

Short. Sweet. Simple! - Chloe Lloveras- Blog 1 T1- AEP10

Back at it again! The new school year has begun and AEP along with it. But this year, it comes with a twist: a much more jam-packed schedule and more essay-writing. Did I mention that the vocabulary quizzes are back and that blogs will be more frequent now? No? Well, you're in for a treat!      We hadn't even met for the first session yet, but we were already juggling assessments like a syllabus quizlet, a "what's your English level?" test, and even a knowledge quiz about IELTS writing task one, something I haven't encountered before. When our first meeting did commence, it wasn't until a week later due to the heavy rainfall and strong winds so classes were canceled. As you might've guess, we were already behind and AEP hadn't even begun yet!  Before starting, Miss Disa established the basics for the new school year: 1. Every meeting will begin with a word game with a five-minute time limit. If we don't finish in time, we'll still mov...

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind of maps and musicals, and it's quite fun.          March 5, 2025 - I Went on A Vacation...Somewhere      We began with a unique warmup this time.  By turns, we all had to say a new place on the map.  Each person has to retrace the steps of all the previous and so on.  I did not do well, but I didn't jot down notes of everyone's locations on my notebook anyway.  It was a memory game.  Afterwards, Miss taught us how one can remember things by remembering a place they visit often - by associating the different keywords with different objects or areas.     After that, we moved on to worksheets.  These worksheets involved maps and places and tenses.  For some reason, I forgot the difference between the past tenses.  Thankfully, though, I remembered what passive tense was.  Simple English fundamentals like types of...
