A New Member in AEP!? - Blog #1 - AEP10 - Janek

The once ninth-grade student, who appears to know so little about writing, is now in his tenth year. A wonderful accomplishment that, I can promise you, should be both celebrated and dreaded. Every year pass,  the end of high school draws near. this thought creeps up on me, punches me where it hurts the most, and lingers for a bit. To see the bright side, though, I must cling onto another year in order to discover the treasures that remain untold. And certainly, it shouldn't be a surprise that this year might be fantastic given Miss Disa's tendency for inventing fresh, wonderful ideas and games. So, let's have a look at what we have planned thus far.

The most significant thing is our dearly loved blog, which I'm currently writing. To be completely truthful with you, I simply composed this article because I was compelled to get through another work. In the last several days, I've either been worrying a lot about my travels or a lot more about my work. My soul had left my body as soon as the blog was announced, only to return enraged at the sheer volume of works that had been distributed in the first week. Even if I'm already anticipating sore eyes from staring at my screen for too long, I'd prefer to not consider this suggestion and carry out the blog nevertheless. Blogging has never been my most beloved activity, but occasionally I miss the events and little things that come with it. The cat opting to lay on my keyboard despite the fact that I'm extremely occupied, for example, or the fact that I have to be called away to eat each time I sit down when i eventually have the courage to write the blog. I learn some very amusing stories when I'm writing them, and that's what I find so fascinating about running blogs. Furthermore, do you know what else is fascinating!? A new student! now there will surely come times where we'll get some funny experiences from this new character in our class!

The arrival of the new student to the AEP class was rather odd. There aren't many new students in the class, especially those that fit his description. The guy in question is Haziq. He was a former ESL student who had to transfer since the class was apparently too "simple" for the students in our year. So it's fair to assume that he was forced into joining us. And now he must remain in our class the rest of his life and cannot leave!! Welcome to Haziq, I'd want to say alongside this. A round of applause for the fine gentleman! He would undoubtedly fancy Miss Disa's charm and company. For the activities, perhaps not so much, but he'll get used to it. Eventually, we all do! Moving on from this exciting news, is something far less so. And that is that the class then had to engage in an exercise. One which I wasn't present for, thankfully!

The task required the class to look at a graph, point out specific details observed on the graph, and then write down those facts on a summary . I think I would be completely devastated if I had ever been there. A brief summary of those kinds of drawings might be fairly difficult, especially when one hasn't yet warmed up to writing. We had just returned from a summer break, so you'd think our minds would be completely fresh, but the reverse proved to be true. But aside from that, based on what I heard, I think the class was able to complete it effectively. So let's applaud them!  Miss will hopefully offer some other work or writing assignments that our year are more fond of!

We shouldn't just assume that the rest of the year will be like this because it is only the beginning; it may perhaps be worse! But I can confidently state that this year will be more fruitful and, hopefully, teach me a lot more about this vast language. To AEP's coming year! That would be the conclusion of my blog; see you in the following one. ta-ta!!!

AEP BLOG 3.1 - Summer Rose S. Valdez

The past couple weeks have been a whirlwind of maps and musicals, and it's quite fun.          March 5, 2025 - I Went on A Vacation...Somewhere      We began with a unique warmup this time.  By turns, we all had to say a new place on the map.  Each person has to retrace the steps of all the previous and so on.  I did not do well, but I didn't jot down notes of everyone's locations on my notebook anyway.  It was a memory game.  Afterwards, Miss taught us how one can remember things by remembering a place they visit often - by associating the different keywords with different objects or areas.     After that, we moved on to worksheets.  These worksheets involved maps and places and tenses.  For some reason, I forgot the difference between the past tenses.  Thankfully, though, I remembered what passive tense was.  Simple English fundamentals like types of...
